6x13 "Arcadia"

I have to say that even though I'm a MSR Noromo/MS-USTer that I love this episode. It's cornball and totally aimed at the 'shippers, but I love it. Watching Mulder and Scully pretend to be married is hysterical! If I were Scully and Mulder pat the bed in that way I'd jump him, green goop on my face and all. Mulder's irresistible in season 6 - Scully sure either doesn't have an interest in him at all, or just doesn't have taste in men (which we all know is bull because damn the woman has good looking men in her life - Ed Jerse... Fox Mulder... Walter Skinner... John Doggett - and I think in some way she has an attraction to all of them), so it must be that she's just not interested in Mulder in that way. Of course it could be that she's afraid to go there with Mulder so her reaction to him patting the bed in that way is just her way of creating distance and space between the two of them. <--- that's the most logical answer considering they did hook up at some point during the series.

Also... can anyone explain how in "Arcadia" Mulder's wristwatch has the date as "7" and when Scully records the video she says it's February 24th? I tend to believe Scully so what's up with Mulder's watch?.

And we can't say it's because it's from water damage suffered to it in "Monday" because that episode has a time stamp after or on March 1, 1999 (as seen on Mulder's paycheck stub - which I can now see on the 50" plasma TV in the living room). So in the chronology "Arcadia" happens before "Monday"...
