I also give it a 5. Great episode. Great premise. I love the connection to Samantha. Great tension between Mulder, Scully, and Skinner. Great action and suspense. Love it.

Urgh. 5, 5, 5. My God Vince, I love you. This was my first favourite episode of this show (when I had only watched the first four seasons and someone asked me my favourite), and I still rank it in my top 10. It's my absolute favourite episode as far as the whole Samantha storyline is concerned, because for a moment there, even I questioned whether or not Roche was telling the truth. This episode gets to the heart of Mulder's loss - it isn't about wanting to prove that aliens exist, or that there's a big conspiracy, or any of that crap. At heart, what Mulder wants is to know and understand what happened to his sister, to have closure. I often felt that the Samantha storyline was mishandled from an emotional perspective because of all the alien/conspiracy issues. Vince Gilligan acknowledges that Mulder is actually emotionally burdened, haunted by all this. He takes the loss and brings it back down to a personal level, and makes it real and immediate. This is my favourite Mulder episode, and Duchovny (not always convincing to me) really shines here. Fantastic.
